Browned Gravy

4 Tbs beef drippings
2 Tbs flour
1 c water
1/4 tsp salt

Place four tablespoons of beef drippings in a pan, add the flour and allow to brown. Add the rest of the drippings, the water and the salt. Cook two minutes. Serve hot.

Makes 6 portions
